Accommodation, Meals and Activities The cost of these are included in the Local Payments which are listed separately. Some can be paid in either cash or by credit/debit card whilst others are cash only. Please check the details to ensure you have enough cash to suffice. Bedding & Towels These are provided at all the accommodation we stay at on these tours so you don't need to bring them with you ... unless you fancy a wee dip in a loch?! Clothing and Footwear Warm clothing, waterproofs and sturdy shoes for a bit of hiking are a must regardless of the season! We will be getting into the great outdoors regardless of the weather, so come prepared. In summer it can be warm enough for a pair of shorts or a t-shirt! Luggage Our buses do not have huge luggage space so please try and bring what you need. We are able to store extra bags/suitcases at our office if required.
Obviously a camera is a must, as can be sunscreen in the summer months (don't laugh too hard!) and binoculars can be handy for spotting wildlife. A sense of humour is always good as is that holiday feeling! Departure & return pointAll of our tours depart from and return to our office. They leave our office at 8.00am so check in is at 7.45am. However we also offer a free pick up service from your accommodation or from Edinburgh International Airport if required. This time will be confirmed upon booking the tour. We arrive back from tour around 6.30pm and will drop off within the city centre again at your accommodation or at Edinburgh International Airport.
